How can I open a live account with Axiory?

It is very simple. You can do it by clicking on the following link: https://axiory.com/start/. For personal live accounts, we require 2 documents to prove your identity (colored scans), plus a proof of residence document that needs to be at most 3 months old (PDF of your bank statement) (print screens are not acceptable).

What deposit options do you offer?

Axiory offers several deposit options:

  • International bank wire transfer.
  • Card deposits.
  • Other online payment methods.
  • There is also an option to transfer your funds from another broker’s account, if you have one.

How long does it take until my deposit will arrive?

Bank wire transfer usually takes about 2-5 working days. The card deposit options are usually processed within a couple of hours.

What if I send the deposit in another currency besides USD?

If sending money in another currency than your account is based on, the transaction will be converted to the actual spot exchange rate in our bank for that day.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit for new clients is 500 USD

Where are clients’ accounts located?

Clients’ deposits are currently being held in the Sparkasse bank in Malta, Europe.

What fund security does Axiory provide?

First of all, the security of funds is provided through segregated accounts for clients’ funds. This is being periodically checked by specialists at PwC.

The second step for security is Axiory’s negative balance protection. When your account balance goes below zero (while all of your positions are closed), Axiory will reset the balance back to the zero. Last but not least, Axiory is also a member of the Financial Commission. Organisation that ensures quick and efficient resolution of any disputes that may come between trader and their broker.
