CHF/JPY Signals Start of a New Bearish Trend

CHF/JPY Signals Start of a New Bearish Trend
In today’s technical analysis, let’s take a look at the Swiss Franc to Japanese Yen, which is showing signs of a fresh bearish phase. The chart recently gave us a clear signal of weakness as the price escaped from a channel-up formation, marked with black lines. That alone suggests that the previous bullish momentum has run out of steam.

To add to this negative picture, the pair also broke below a green horizontal support, a level that has been respected since the middle of July. Such a break is often a decisive moment, as it signals that buyers have lost their grip on a key battleground. As long as the price remains below this green zone, the sentiment stays negative, and we can treat the move as the beginning of a new bearish trend.

The path of least resistance now points lower. Sellers are in control, and unless buyers quickly reclaim that broken support, we should prepare for further declines.
