Step 1: Log in to Your Axiory Account

Go to https://my.axiory.com/login/ and log in using the email and password you used to register. You’ll land on your dashboard, where you manage your accounts.

Step 2: Click “Upgrade Your Account”

At the top left corner of your screen, you’ll see a button labeled “Upgrade your account.”

Click this to begin the process of switching from a demo to a live account.

Step 3: Click “Go Live”

Click “Go Live” to begin creating your live trading account. This will launch a short process where you can choose how you want to trade.

Step 4: Choose Your Live Trading Setup

You’ll now configure your live account based on your preferences.

You’ll need to:

  • Select a trading account type

    Each account type offers different trading conditions like spreads, commissions, and leverage. You can compare them all on our Trading Accounts page.

  • Choose your preferred trading platform

    Select from MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), or cTrader, depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

  • Set your starting leverage

    Pick a leverage level based on your risk preference. Don’t worry, you can request a change later if needed.

Once you’ve selected everything, continue to the next step.

Step 5: Fill In Your Personal Details

To comply with regulations and protect your account, we need to collect some personal information, such as:

  • Full legal name

  • Date of birth

  • Country of residence

  • Full residential address

    Please note: This must be your actual residence and cannot be a P.O. box or postal address. It must match the address on your Proof of Residence document (such as a utility bill or bank statement) that you’ll upload later.

  • Tax residency and identification number (if applicable)

  • A few basic questions about your trading experience and financial background

This helps us tailor your account and keep your information secure.

Step 6: Upload Verification Documents

Before activating your account, you may be asked to provide a few documents:

Required Documents:

  • Proof of Identity (e.g., passport, ID card, or driver’s license)
  • Proof of Residence (dated within the last 6 months, e.g., utility bill or bank statement)

Optional (but may be requested depending on your deposit method):

  • Proof of Source of Funds

    If you're depositing via bank transfer or e-wallet, we may ask for a recent bank/e-wallet statement showing your name and source of funds.

Make sure your documents are clear, readable, and not expired.

Step 7: Verify Your Phone Number

Security is key. As part of the process, you’ll be asked to verify your phone number.

  • Enter your phone number
  • You’ll receive a one-time verification code via SMS
  • Enter the code in the portal to confirm

This step helps us protect your account and ensure you're the rightful owner.

Step 8: Submit and Wait for Confirmation

Our team will review your application and if everything checks out, we’ll send you an email confirming the activation of your live account along with your login credentials.

Note: Verification typically takes a few hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

What Happens Next?

Once your live account is confirmed:

  • You can fund your account through any of our supported deposit methods
  • Start trading with real capital on the account type and platform you selected
  • Monitor and manage your account directly through the Axiory portal
