Australian Dollar to American Dollar is offering traders a textbook example of the ICT “Power of Three” concept. Two rectangles stand out on the chart, and together they map the market’s story of accumulation, manipulation, and distribution.
The first, a smaller yellow rectangle, played out cleanly. It signaled a reversal and delivered without any manipulation along the way. The second rectangle, however, carries far more weight and interest. It was part of the classic ICT setup: the market moved into accumulation, then dipped into a red rectangle representing manipulation, before surging in the opposite direction in a powerful blue-marked upswing – the distribution phase.
The first target for this distribution, a green horizontal resistance, has already been reached. Now, attention shifts higher. The second green resistance, sitting significantly above current levels, is the next major target. If achieved, it would complete a textbook realization of the Power of Three pattern – a beautiful confirmation for traders following ICT concepts.
